Reason for non-payment of mortgage loans by banks

The result is the same for tenants, who are still unable to receive housing deposit facilities. On the other hand, on the eve of summer, which is the common season of relocations and extensions, this situation can become very problematic.
This is not all, and even according to some news, applicants can not even register in the announced system. Registration for the third stage of the mortgage loan has started on June 3, 1401, but unlike the last two years, this year the situation is different. The credit ceiling for this project is between 40 to 100 million tomans, and applicants who took out a loan last year only need to receive the loan difference this year. The interest on this loan is 18% and its repayment is 5 years.
