Huawei Mate 50 series
Huawei has decided this year to remove the Pro Plus version from the Mate 50 series and launch the family in two regular and Peru versions, and possibly a special version of the Porsche Design.
New information about the Mate 50 series has been revealed by a well-known whistleblower on Weibo, and it seems that the Chinese company’s strategy for the Mate series flagships has changed, and the Pro Plus version is to be removed. Previously, the phone is expected to be available in three standard versions, the Mate 50 Pro and the Mate 50 Pro Plus, as well as a special version of the Porsche Design Mate 50 RS.
Remove the Pro Plus version but now it has limited the Mate 50 series. Interestingly, the P50 series had a similar fate this year, and was only available on Pro and regular models, and there was no mention of the Pro Plus version.
As expected, and considering the conditions of Huawei, Mate 50 phones only have 4G network and to use 5G, they must be equipped with a special case.
Another noteworthy thing about Huawei’s new phone, the Mate 50, is that Huawei plans to use Qualcomm’s flagship chips, and the camera design is likely to change from the previous generation.
Huawei is also still facing supply chain problems and is trying to solve them by launching the Mate 50 series handsets.
Unveiling date of Huawei Mate 50
According to many digital activists, the Huawei Mate 50 flagship handsets will be available in August or finally September of this year. In this regard, a user of the Weibo social network named Shiguan said that the Mate 50 series will probably be introduced in August and Harmony 3 will be unveiled in July. The Mate 50 series will likely ship with the 1G 4G Snapdragon chip, and their camera quality has been significantly improved.
