The list of candidates for the 2022 Venice Film Festival has been announced, while the names of two famous Iranian directors, Vahid Jalilund and Jafar Panahi, shine among them.

The Venice Film Festival is one of the oldest film festivals in the world. This great festival was held for the first time in 1932. Now, the list of nominees for the 79th Venice Film Festival has been announced, and the film “Night Inside the Wall” directed by Vahid Jalilund and “Without a Bear” directed by Jafar Panahi will compete for the Golden Lion for the best film in the main section.

Popular actors such as Mohsen Tanabandeh, Neda Jabreili, Mehsa Hejazi, Navid Nosrati, Lotfollah Seifi and Hatem Tahamobi have played roles in the movie World War III. This movie is the first collaboration between Mohsen Tanabandeh and Human Sidi.
Popular actors such as Tanaz Tabatabai, Saber Abar and Shadi Karamroudi are the main actors in the movie Bayroya. It is interesting to know that Homan Sidi is the producer of this movie. This festival will be held in Italy from August 1 to September 10 (September 9 to 19).
